We are looking for an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our agile team at Digitide Solutions Limited.

The Team

Leader will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team, ensuring high-quality performance, and driving sales and cross-selling initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of BFSI processes, and the ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Drive sales, cross-sales, and upselling of products and services within the team, meeting set targets.
- Coach and develop team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge, and providing regular feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a UGC/AICTE-approved institution.
- Fluency in English and Hindi or regional language, with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year in a BFSI process Call Centre.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members' skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales and cross-selling initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with knowledge of bank products and competitors.
- Versant test score of 4 or above, and a typing test with a speed of 25-30 WPM and 85% accuracy.
- For Email, Webchat, and Social Media Team Leaders: Written Versant score of 60+ and English speaking Versant score of 5 or above.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
