Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Real Estate to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and real estate sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set daily and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Guide team members in converting leads into successful bookings.
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their property requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/team handling.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer queries and sales negotiations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
