Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30-45 Days Preferred

What We're Looking For

Minimum 4+ years of team handling experience on paper

Experience leading a Talent Sourcing/Research team in a technology hiring environment

Managed a team of 6+ sourcers/recruiters

Strong expertise in Boolean Search, Market Intelligence, Talent Mapping, and Sourcing Strategy





Proven experience in volume hiring and pipeline management

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience hiring for Leadership and Executive-level roles

Comfortable being a player-coach by managing both the team and critical sourcing mandates

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists

Drive innovative sourcing strategies across technology hiring mandates

Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers

Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor mapping

Ensure delivery against hiring targets while maintaining quality standards

Support leadership and executive hiring through strategic talent engagement
