Role Description The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a learner cohort, ensuring high-quality delivery of programs and a positive learning experience. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves coordinating instructors and mentors, monitoring learner progress, and resolving academic or operational issues promptly.

The Team

Lead will track performance metrics, facilitate feedback sessions, and help align curriculum delivery with SKILLIT ACADEMY’s outcome-focused standards.

Responsibilities include organizing mock interviews and project reviews, supporting placement activities, and fostering a collaborative,



inclusive environment. The role also requires close communication with management to report on outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in academic or training program management, such as scheduling, resource planning, and monitoring learner progress and outcomes.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation, feedback delivery, and relationship-building with learners and staff.
- Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, handle operational issues, and implement process improvements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with technology-driven education platforms and basic understanding of domains such as UI/UX, Full Stack Development, or Automation (prior edtech or training experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in education, training, edtech, or career services is highly desirable.

- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad on a full-time schedule and maintain an inclusive, learner-centric environment.
