Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Lead – Sales to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and expand our customer network in the poultry and livestock feed raw material trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry feed manufacturers, cattle feed manufacturers, and bulk raw material buyers.
- Drive sales of raw materials such as Soya DOC, Mustard DOC, Rice DDGS, Corn DDGS, DORB, and other agro-commodities.
- Identify new markets, generate leads, and explore business expansion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and payment follow-ups.




- Conduct regular customer visits and support team members in closing business deals.
- Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in poultry feed, animal feed raw materials, agro-commodities, or FMCG.
- Previous experience in team handling and sales target management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Positive understanding of market development, lead generation, and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market development.
