Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage and supervise night-shift operations for our localisation projects. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, handling escalations, and maintaining smooth communication among Project Managers, linguists, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete night-shift floor operations.
- Monitor ongoing localisation projects including Translation, Transcription, Subtitling, Voice Over, Dubbing, MTPE, AI Data Services, and other language-related projects.
- Allocate tasks and workload to Project Managers, Coordinators, and other team members.
- Ensure all projects are progressing according to client deadlines, quality requirements, and instructions.
- Track pending, ongoing, completed, and urgent assignments throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with linguists, freelancers, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Handle urgent client requirements and operational escalations during the night shift.
- Ensure team members respond to client and resource communications on time.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and overall performance of the night-shift team.
- Conduct regular floor checks and ensure team members are actively managing assigned projects.
- Identify project risks, resource shortages, delays, or quality issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Support the team in resolving resource, delivery, workflow, and client-related issues.
- Maintain proper project trackers, shift reports, escalation records, and handover notes.




- Provide a clear end-of-shift handover to the next team/management.
- Ensure company SOPs, confidentiality requirements, and client guidelines are followed.
- Support and guide new Project Managers and Coordinators when required.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding critical projects, team performance, and operational challenges.

Required Skills
- Must have exposure to IT Project Management.
- Strong team management and people-handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities.
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, email communication, and project tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent client requirements.
- Strong attention to deadlines and quality.
- Comfortable working permanently in a night shift.

Preferred Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT, BPO, or Project Operations.
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Team Lead, Senior Project Coordinator, or Project Manager is preferred.
- Experience managing multilingual resources, freelancers, or localisation projects will be an advantage.
