Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of claims processors to ensure productive and accurate processing of life insurance claims.
- Oversee the entire claims lifecycle, from intake to payment, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve communication between departments.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in claims adjudication or related field (life insurance industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of claims processing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
