Eden has set up a dedicated Engineering and Product Hub in India in partnership with Softobiz Technologies, to expand engineering capacity, speed up innovation and strengthen its AI and data capabilities.

We are now building the next version of Eden’s platform: a connected healthcare ecosystem that brings patients, doctors, care teams and partners such as clinics and pharmacies together on one modern, cloud-native foundation. The India hub is at the centre of that build.

AI is central to how Eden will grow, from clinical decision support to operational automation. The India hub works hand in hand with Eden’s US leadership, with real ownership across product, engineering and operations.

About the role

You’ll own how parts of Eden’s next-generation platform work for the people who use them: patients, doctors, care teams and partners. You’ll take a problem from the first conversation to a live feature: understand it deeply, shape the solution, prototype it with AI, get it built and prove it worked.

We’re looking for a product thinker who is also hands-on. Someone who can sit with a support agent in the morning, prototype a new flow with AI by lunch, and walk engineers through crisp stories in the afternoon. You’ll own a delegated product area and its backlog, in line with the roadmap set by Eden’s US product leadership.

- Think AI: For every journey, you ask where AI could remove friction for patients or effort for care teams, and you can build the business case for it.

- Use AI: AI tools are part of how you research, make sense of user feedback, write PRDs and stories,



and analyse data every day.

- Prototype with AI: You turn ideas into clickable or working prototypes in hours, so stakeholders react to something real.

- Shape AI features: You scope AI features with care, covering expected behaviour, edge cases, guardrails and how success will be measured.

What you’ll do

Own a product area

- Own a delegated product area and its backlog, in line with the roadmap set by Eden US.

- Make clear prioritisation calls based on patient impact, business value and effort, and explain the why.

- Define success metrics for every feature and track them after launch.

Discover and shape

- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Member Care, Marketing and Operations, and with the people who use the platform every day.

- Use AI to dig through support tickets, usage data and feedback to find what’s really slowing people down.

- Shape journeys for patients, doctors, care teams and partners, and how they connect.

- Prototype solutions with AI and test them with users before engineering commits.

Build the next version

- Help define how the next version of the platform works, making every journey simpler, faster and more connected.

- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and flows that engineers can build from with confidence.

- Run refinement, sprint reviews and user acceptance testing with engineering and design.

- Work with Service Delivery and Support so every release lands well with the people who use it.

Must have

- 6 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst on digital products.

- A track record of shipping features end to end, from discovery to measurable results.





- Hands-on daily use of AI tools for research, writing and analysis, with examples to show.

- Experience building prototypes with AI or no-code tools.

- Strong story writing and backlog management in Jira or similar tools.

- Comfortable with data: basic SQL or dashboards for validating decisions.

- Confident working with senior US stakeholders, with excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

- Healthcare or telehealth domain knowledge, including HIPAA awareness.

- Experience building a current product or platform from the ground up.

- Experience on platforms that serve multiple user groups or partners, such as marketplaces or B2B2C products.

- E-commerce, subscriptions or payments product experience.

- CSPO or PSPO certification.

What success looks like in your first 6 months

- You own a product area, and the team knows what’s being built and why.

- At least one feature you shaped is live, with metrics showing its impact.

- Your AI prototypes have sped up at least one key decision with Eden US.

- Engineers build from your stories with confidence and few follow-up questions.

- Walk us through a product decision you owned: the problem, the options, your call and the result.

- Show us a prototype, PRD or set of stories you’ve produced, ideally with AI.

- Expect a live exercise: we give you a real-world healthcare problem, and you use AI tools to shape it into a prototype or scoped feature with stories and success metrics.

- Expect a conversation with product and engineering leadership about how you prioritise and handle stakeholders.
