Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview. Follow the below steps to register :

Step 1: Visit [ https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/ ] or visit [ https://www.tcs.com/careers ] and click on 'Apply Now'

Step 2: On the I Begin homepage, click on Login (Three dots/lines at top right corner of the homepage to get the option)

Step 3: Click on New User (Register with us)

Step 4: Select "IT" in Area of Interest and complete the registration. (Fill in the details)

Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID would be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after your login to the I Begin website

Role: UiPath Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 – 11 years

Education:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) (B. Tech preferred)
- UiPath Certification (Good to have).

Job Role

- Internal Automation Development
- Design and build internal automations to reduce repetitive manual tasks within the support and admin teams.
- Provide proof-of-value, track impact (time saved, tickets avoided), and prioritize effort vs. return.
- Promote innovation and knowledge sharing among support staff.
- Enhancement of Existing Automations
- Responsible for performing enhancement work on existing automations, aimed at improving efficiency, reducing failure rates, and optimizing performance. This includes:
- o Identifying improvement opportunities based on failure trends, business feedback, and new capabilities.
- Implementing enhancements or refactors to reduce technical debt or adapt automations to evolving application changes.
- Ensuring all enhancement activities are documented, tested, and deployed through a controlled process with clear change tracking.




- Enhancement services must be included as part of the overall support scope, not treated as separate change requests or out-of-scope development.
- Enhanced automations should follow the same compliance, documentation, and testing rigor as new deployments.

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Automation Platforms: UiPath (including Document Understanding), Power Automate
- AI & ML: Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning integration
- Programming/Scripting: Python
- Infrastructure & Cloud: AWS services (EC2, Lambda, IAM, etc.)
- Conversational Interfaces: Chatbots, API-based integrations
- Monitoring Tools: ServiceNow integration, Power BI (enhancements)
- Total IT Experience of 6+years, out of which minimum 4 years into UiPath Developer role.
- Designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using UI Path
- Development within the Python and PowerAutomate
- Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
- Ability to understand the ITIL process in handling L2 / L3 incidents and Requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- A strong foundation on current RPA best practices and documentation approach.
- Must possess strong organizational, planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Extremely detail oriented with demonstrated technical documentation skills
- Experienced in effectively coordinating and executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting
- priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Extremely strong planning and troubleshooting skills. Ability to assess impact of decisions
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently. Monitors own work for quality and are able to assess impact of decisions
- Willing to work in shift
