Key Responsibilities:-

*Handle inbound and outbound international calls to assist customers with tax-related queries, products, and services.

*Clearly and professionally explain company offerings to existing and potential customers.

*Gather, verify, and update customer information accurately in the system.

*Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and providing effective solutions.

*Address and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

*Process product orders and service requests efficiently.

*Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Experience: 6 months –2 years.

*Education: Graduate in any discipline. A Commerce background is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in an international voice process and night shifts.
