Role Description The Tally with GST Trainer will deliver classroom-based training on Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Goods and Services Tax (GST) concepts to learners at the Chennai center. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves planning and conducting sessions, preparing training materials, and demonstrating practical accounting scenarios using Tally. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and hands-on exercises, and provide feedback and support to help participants achieve certification and job readiness.

The role includes updating training content as per changes in GST laws or Tally features, maintaining training records,



and coordinating with center management for scheduling and reporting. The trainer is expected to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment while adhering to AISECT’s academic and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, including company creation, ledgers, vouchers, inventory, and financial statements.
- Candidates should possess applied expertise in GST concepts, returns filing, input tax credit, and practical tax compliance in a business context.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom instruction, lesson planning, and learner assessment for vocational or skilled training programs.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills, the ability to explain complex accounting and tax concepts simply, and strong interpersonal skills for learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office tools, and comfort handling digital learning resources.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience as a trainer or faculty in accounting, Tally, or GST, or relevant industry experience in accounts and taxation.
- Candidates should demonstrate a learner-centric approach, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with center staff in an on-site environment in Chennai.
