The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles across India. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Source and recruit IT and technical professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish hiring priorities and timelines.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill technology roles.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, salary negotiations, offers, and pre-employment checks.
- Work closely with the People, Culture & Services (PC&S;) team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards,



and sourcing partners.
- Support workforce planning, employer branding, and initiatives to strengthen Shoolin’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation.

Key Requirements
- Proven in-house recruitment experience within IT, technology, or managed services.
- Strong experience sourcing and recruiting IT and technical professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding.
- Exposure to workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment agency management is desirable.
