Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage high-volume hiring and make 40-50 candidate calls per day to assess suitability and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.




- Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the US Healthcare RCM industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
