End-to-End Recruitment Sourcing

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

IT Hiring: Source and qualify technical talent across software engineering, QA, DevOps, data science, and cloud domains using platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings.

Non-IT Hiring: Lead recruitment for corporate, finance, sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing/engineering roles.

Proactively source active and passive candidates through social channels, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.

Stakeholder Pipeline Management

Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements, team skill gaps, and interview criteria.

Provide regular market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment metric updates to leadership.

Maintain a seamless, engaging candidate experience with timely feedback, interview coordination, and transparent communication.
