About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can find and close niche, hard-to-fill positions. This is not a volume-hiring role. You will own the full recruitment cycle for specialized technical and leadership roles where qualified candidates are scarce, and you will be expected to deliver closures, not just resumes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closure and onboarding follow-up.
- Close niche and specialized positions by building talent pools, mapping competitors and using non-traditional sourcing channels.
- Source proactively through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, communities, referrals and direct headhunting.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, refine JDs and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Screen candidates on both technical fit and cultural fit, and manage their experience throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers, manage counter-offers and reduce offer drop-offs.




- Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness) in the ATS or trackers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline and passive candidate database for recurring niche skills.
- Support employer branding and campus or referral drives where needed.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of closing niche or specialized roles (mandatory)
2. Strong sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, X-ray search
3. Experience hiring for IT/technical roles, with the ability to understand and assess technical skill sets
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a good offer-to-join ratio
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
6. Ability to work from the Hyderabad office five days a week

Valuable to Have

- Experience in IT services, product or consulting companies
- Exposure to hiring for enterprise platforms, data/analytics, integration or leadership roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards
- Experience with headhunting, executive search or lateral hiring

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity and long hiring cycles
