Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Consultancy Experience Required

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with mandatory experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and industries.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Track candidate status, interview feedback, selections, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment databases, daily trackers, and MIS reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing agency, or recruitment firm is required.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job portals.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or industrial recruitment.
- Strong candidate follow-up and client coordination skills.
- Result-oriented approach with good time management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
