Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across the organization.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process aligned with company values and timelines. Daily responsibilities include posting and maintaining job listings, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews and feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding efforts, maintaining recruitment analytics,



and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques, ensuring fair, structured, and competency-based assessments.
- Skills in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s culture and value proposition across channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in financial services or a high-growth environment is preferred.
