Role Description

This is a full-time located in Kandivali, Mumbai. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes,



identifying and engaging top talent for various roles, and building solid employer branding initiatives. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with Recruitment, Hiring, and IT Recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of the IT industry is an advantage
