About the Role: This role is ideal for a recruitment professional responsible for supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition process across designated functions. The position requires hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder coordination, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding while ensuring timely closure of assigned positions.

Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates against job requirements, and shortlist relevant profiles for further evaluation.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, follow up for feedback, and ensure smooth movement of candidates through the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, share candidate pipelines, provide recruitment updates,



and address hiring-related requirements.

Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process, provide timely updates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates across different stages of the hiring process.

Hiring Support: Assist in offer coordination, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities to support successful closures within defined timelines.

Requirement

The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Recruitment within a agile and fast-paced organization.

They should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and managing recruitment pipelines.

Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.

Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment trackers, or ATS platforms will be preferred.

Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, BFSI, startup, or high-growth organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
