Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and build relationships with them.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve the quality of hires.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to work closely with hiring managers.
- Proven track record in technical recruitment, particularly in software development or engineering domains.
