Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and a passion for working in a rapid-paced business consulting environment. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their expertise, work on diverse roles, and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, , referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)



to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Stay updated with market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT & Non-IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.).
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in a business consulting firm, IT staffing agency, or recruitment consultancy.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
