Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics or Communication.

Key Skills:

- Hardware & Networking
- Linux/UNIX Administration (Linux experience is mandatory)
- Windows Server Administration
- Network Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Network Management Systems (NMS)
- RDBMS / Database Support
- System & Application Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze system and application requirements.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, server and system-related issues.
- Manage Linux/UNIX and Windows environments.




- Configure and monitor network protocols and network management systems.
- Provide RDBMS/database support and troubleshooting.
- Perform system testing and provide technical user support.
- Maintain technical documentation and system records.
