Entry-level candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities - Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and system access.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Assist with system updates, backups and security patches.
- Maintain IT inventory and technical documentation.
- Support network connectivity and basic infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills - Degree or diploma in Computer Science,



Information Technology or a related field.

- 0–5 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong fundamentals may apply.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
