Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and guest-oriented Swimming Pool Attendant with mandatory valid Lifeguard Certification to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring swimming pool activities, ensuring guest safety, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and responding promptly to emergencies.

The ideal candidate must have strong swimming skills, a valid and recognized lifeguard certification, knowledge of water safety procedures, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and unsafe behavior.
- Respond immediately to water emergencies and provide rescue assistance within the scope of training.
- Perform CPR, first aid, and other emergency procedures as certified and required.
- Ensure rescue equipment, first-aid supplies, and emergency communication devices are available and ready for use.
- Maintain constant vigilance over the pool area and identify potential safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
- Arrange poolside furniture, towels, and guest amenities appropriately.
- Assist guests with pool facilities and provide courteous, professional service.
- Report accidents, incidents, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Housekeeping, and Recreation teams for smooth operations.




- Maintain pool safety checklists, incident reports, and other required records.
- Follow hotel SOPs, emergency response procedures, and occupational safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Valid, recognized Lifeguard Certification is mandatory.
- Strong swimming ability and practical water-rescue skills are essential.
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or swimming pool attendant is preferred.
- Freshers with the required valid certification and skills may apply.
- Valuable communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Physically fit, alert, responsible, and capable of responding effectively to emergencies.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
