We are looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Senior Consultant

- 5+ years of overall data migration experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Syniti ADMM

2. Lead Consultant

- 8+ years of overall data migration experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Syniti ADMM

3. Principal Consultant

- 10+ years of overall data migration experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Syniti ADMM

Required Skills & Experience:

- Mandatory experience in Syniti Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM)
- Proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS), DSP, or other data migration tools
- SAP ERP techno-functional or functional experience preferred




- Experience in at least 2 full ERP implementation lifecycles
- Strong SQL skills, data quality analysis, and transactional data analysis
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
