I am seeking a highly responsible and self-driven System Administrator to take complete ownership of our IT infrastructure.If you are someone who doesn't need to be micro-managed, can proactively identify system issues, and takes pride in keeping a network running flawlessly, this role is for you. You will be responsible for everything from firewall security to server management and cloud collaboration tools.Key Responsibilities

- Server &
- Identity Management:

Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory (AD) (User roles, Group Policies, Access Controls).

- Network &

- Security:

Set up, monitor, and maintain Firewalls and Network Switching to ensure a secure and high-performing network.

- Storage &

- Backups:

Configure and manage NAS (Network-Attached Storage) systems for secure data storage and disaster recovery.

- Cloud Platforms: Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 and G Suite (Google Workspace) admin consoles,



including user provisioning and email licensing.

- Independent Execution: Act as the go-to IT expert, managing daily tech issues and infrastructure upgrades independently.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a System/Network Administrator.

- Core Technical Skills: Solid expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, NAS, and Network Switches.

- Security: Solid experience in Firewall setup and maintenance.

- Cloud Tools: Proficiency in managing Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office 365 environments.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with zero supervision.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
