Job Purpose To carry out land, topographic, and construction surveys, establish project control points, verify coordinates and levels, and ensure accurate setting out of civil, structural, and infrastructure works as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct land and topographical surveys for construction projects.

- Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.

- Perform setting out of buildings, roads, utilities, structures, and other project components.

- Verify dimensions, elevations, alignments, and coordinates as per approved drawings.

- Prepare survey reports, field notes, sketches, and as-built drawings.

- Operate and maintain survey equipment.

- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements.

- Monitor and check construction progress against design specifications.

- Ensure survey records are maintained accurately and updated regularly.

- Adhere to project quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.

Experience

- 3-10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, building, industrial, or EPC projects.
