About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and support end-to-end logistics operations through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to shipment status, delivery updates, and logistics queries.

- Manage customer communications through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.

- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and provide timely updates to customers and business partners.

- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal operations teams to resolve shipment-related issues.

- Address customer concerns, delays, missing shipments, and delivery discrepancies professionally.

- Maintain accurate shipment records, customer interactions, and operational updates in the system.

- Follow up on pending shipments and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

- Meet daily productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.

- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and logistics compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; relevant logistics or supply chain qualifications are an advantage.

- Prior experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or BPO operations is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply, depending on business requirements.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and computer applications.

- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Willingness to work in a night shift and handle a blended voice and non-voice process.
