Qualifications:

Education:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilties of this role include

1.Developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

2.Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components

3.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Develop and manage the supply chain budget & Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

- Supplier Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions.

- Logistics and Distribution:

- Oversee the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.




- Ensure timely delivery of products to meet client demand.

- Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and obsolescence.

- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain operations.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop the supply chain team in China.
- Foster a team-oriented and high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

- - Should have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Should have prior experience working in the Chinese market is highly desirable.

Skills:

- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Should have strong international exposure.
