Responsible for overseeing and managing the complete warehouse and logistics operations across all locations in India. The role involves Order-to-Dispatch Management, Inventory Control, Returns Management, Process Optimization, and System Automation. Solid experience in managing 3PL partners, ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Unicommerce, etc.), and driving operational excellence through defined SOPs, policies, and cost-control measures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PAN India warehouse operations, including inward, outward, dispatch, and reverse logistics.
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels.
- Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, and process improvements.
- Manage 3PL partners, logistics vendors, and freight cost optimization.
- Implement SOPs, KPIs,



and SLAs to improve operational efficiency and TAT.
- Drive automation and system efficiency using SAP, ERP, WMS, and Unicommerce.
- Lead warehouse teams and ensure productivity, compliance, and cost control.

? Requirements

- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics Management.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or B2B operations preferred.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, vendor management, and warehouse systems.
