Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Supply Chain, Factory & Sales Coordinator to manage coordination between factory operations, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the agrochemical industry and strong coordination, communication, reporting, and follow-up skills to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with factory teams for production planning, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory, stock movements, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and ensure timely deliveries to distributors.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, shipment details, and related documentation.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Handle distributor queries regarding product availability, order status, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with factory, sales, supply chain, and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track pending orders and dispatches, and prepare regular MIS and operational reports.




- Monitor product demand and coordinate stock availability as per sales requirements.
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution through effective coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory: Relevant experience in the agrochemical industry.
- Experience in supply chain, factory coordination, sales coordination, dispatch, or sales operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, logistics, order processing, and stock movement.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; ERP or inventory software knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good documentation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate or diploma qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
