About the role.

We are seeking individuals with a strong expertise in the Anaplan platform to design, build, and optimize end-to-end planning applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution across the entire platform lifecycle. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery -

from underlying data structures and business logic (backend) to intuitive user interfaces and dashboards

(frontend).

Key Responsibilities.

- Full-Lifecycle Application Building: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Anaplan applications-
- configuring dimensions, hierarchies, modules, formulas, and user-facing dashboards using Anaplan best practices (DISCO framework).
- Business Logic & Interface Configuration: Translate complex business rules, forecasting methods, and spreadsheet workflows into streamlined multi-dimensional models, interactive boards, worksheets, and grid views.
- Data Integration & Process Automation: Configure import/export actions, file mapping, process scripts, and data flows to connect actuals from core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses) with planning workflows.
- Access Control & Security: Manage platform security configurations, including role-based permissions,
- Selective Access, and Agile Cell Access (DCA) to control both data logic visibility and user interface displays.
- Performance & Workspace Optimization: Monitor and optimize workspace memory usage, formula efficiency,



calculation speeds, and user navigation paths to ensure seamless system performance.
- Implementation & Deployment: Lead application configuration across all project phases-from design and blueprinting through testing (UAT), go-live deployment, and post-implementation support.
- User Support & Enablement: Create clear technical documentation, deliver end-user training, and troubleshoot application issues to drive adoption.

Required Skills.

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience on the Anaplan platform, with demonstrated participation in at least 1 to 2 complete lifecycle implementations (from blueprinting through deployment and go-live).
- Technical Proficiency: End-to-end platform design: building multi-dimensional models, writing complex formulas, configuring actions, and designing user interfaces (Anaplan UX / Page Builder).
- Hands-on understanding of data loading, import/export actions, mapping techniques, and security controls.
- Problem Solving: Ability to convert manual, spreadsheet-based processes or unstructured requirements into scalable, multi-dimensional applications.
- Mandatory Certifications : Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Anaplan Professional.

Preferred Skills.

- Experience managing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Basic understanding of SQL, ETL, or enterprise data integration tools.
