Supervisor Press Shop

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the press shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Manage and lead a team of press operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.

- Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of press machines and tooling.

- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product specifications and reduce defects.

- Troubleshoot press machine issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work setting.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.





- Maintain accurate production records and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize production processes.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Minimize material waste and optimize resource utilization to control costs.

- Identify and implement best practices for tool changes, die maintenance, and press operations.

- Drive process improvements and innovation within the press shop to enhance productivity.
