URGENTLY HIRING | STUDENT COUNSELLOR Navinora Private Limited is hiring Student Counsellors for our Perinthalmanna branch (Angadippuram, Malappuram)to guide students and parents through their education journey across EduNavi – Study in India and EduNora – Study Abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, institutions, and education pathways.
- Handle student enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and counselling sessions.
- Assist with applications, SOPs, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/Lead Sheets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and internal teams.
- Build strong and professional relationships with students and parents.
- Follow Navinora's counselling processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Provide accurate, ethical, and transparent guidance to students.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory – any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.




- Relevant experience in student counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Important Conditions

- 2-year service commitment is mandatory.
- 1-month probation period.
- 1-month notice period or salary in lieu, as applicable.
