Experience: Minimum 2 years of counselling experience

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on interview performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and experienced Counsellor with a strong background in Psychology to provide counselling support to individuals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand and address clients’ emotional, personal, academic, or career-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions based on clients’ needs.
- Understand and assess clients’ concerns and provide appropriate counselling support.
- Help clients manage emotional, personal, academic, and career-related challenges.
- Develop suitable counselling approaches based on individual requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and counselling documentation.
- Monitor clients’ progress and provide follow-up support when required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective counselling services.




- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality throughout the counselling process.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- M.Sc. in Psychology is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand different client needs and provide appropriate support.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
