About the Role - This is a role where you will be playing a different role every week, and across brands in the our portfolio. Your week might start with a delivery bottleneck, move to a software rollout meeting, and end with a performance review across our brands. Broadly, you’ll be working with one of the founders across:

- Owning operations and logistics: take charge of this vertical across our D2C brands, SecondAid and BevyGood. Keep orders moving, fix bottlenecks as they come up, and make sure every customer gets what they ordered, on time.
- Implementing key projects:



act as product manager for important initiatives such as rolling out new software. Gather requirements, work with vendors, test before go-live, and stay on it until teams are actually using it.
- Run analytical operations: track how each brand is performing, and own the workflows and datasets behind it, so everyone works from one set of numbers.
- Handle whatever comes up: take on what the business needs that week, whether that’s quick research, vendor follow-ups or the occasional fire to put out.

What we are looking for -

- Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of work experience in Consulting, Operations, Finance, Category Manager, Founder's Office or similar roles
- Analytically-sound candidates with strong command over AI-tools and Excel
- Robust communication and Stakeholder Management
- Previous work experience in Healthcare or D2C is a plus
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, can put 'order in chaos'
