Counselling and Profile Assessment

- Counsel students regarding UK universities, courses, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.

- Assess students’ academic profiles, backlogs, study gaps, English proficiency, financial backgrounds, and career goals.

- Recommend suitable universities and courses based on the student’s eligibility and budget.

- Explain the UK education system, course duration, entry requirements, and career opportunities.

- Convert qualified leads into applications and registrations.

1. University Shortlisting and Applications

- Shortlist suitable universities according to the student’s profile and preferences.

- Check eligibility criteria, academic requirements, English language requirements, and document requirements.

- Collect and verify academic transcripts, passport copies, CVs, SOPs, LORs, and other required documents.

- Submit applications accurately and within university deadlines.

- Follow up with universities for application status, offers, interviews, and pending documents.

- Maintain an updated application tracker for every student.

1. Offer Letter and Admission Follow-up

- Track conditional and unconditional offer letters.





- Explain offer conditions and guide students on fulfilling pending requirements.

- Coordinate with students and university representatives regarding CAS-related requirements.

- Follow up on tuition fee deposits and other university payments.

- Ensure students understand the next steps before proceeding to visa processing.

1. UK Student Visa and CAS Coordination

- Guide students on the UK Student visa process and the required documentation.

- Coordinate with universities regarding CAS issuance and outstanding requirements.

- Check the accuracy and consistency of student documents before forwarding the file to the visa-processing team.

- Explain financial evidence, English language requirements, TB testing where applicable, and ATAS requirements where applicable.

- Coordinate with the visa team to track application progress and pending actions.

- Ensure students receive guidance based on current official UK visa requirements. A valid CAS from a licensed student sponsor is required for a Student visa application

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
