Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations in our cosmetics manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material inward and outward, stock reconciliation, documentation, and timely material issuance to the production department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
2. Handle inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other store items.
3. Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
4. Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP systems and ensure proper documentation.
5. Ensure timely issuance of materials to the production department as per approved requirements.
6. Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
7.



Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
8. Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
9. Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and traceability.
10. Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and proper storage conditions as per company procedures.
11. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control, and other departments.
12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and team-handling skills.
