Role Category: Coordinator (Outbound / Dispatch)

Role & responsibilities:

Position Overview: You will be a part of Stores operation and collaborate with cross-functional departments Production, Production Planning and Controls (PPC), Quality, Utility Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted support from the stores to the manufacturing facility.

Above role would cover the below:

- Must be aware of Finished Goods inward process and inspection of received pallet conditions.
- Sending the mail confirmation to production supervisor if found any discrepancy on the received pallets.
- Monitoring and verification of FG credited module documents & submission of the report to production supervisor.
- Monitoring of FG inward material, moving to designated area for stacking activity.
- Ensure material proper storage, preservation and identification label availability before stacking.
- Ensue to update the binning records at the time of stacking.
- Coordination with downline team members to get the location wise stock details on daily basis.
- Sharing the FG module lot serial number details to PSI team for further FTR clearance from the customer.
- Monitoring of material availability respective sale order.
- Coordinate with sales department to get the dispatch plan on time.
- Ensure the material transfer posting in SAP & physical movements of materials on time.
- Ensure to get the acknowledgement on hard copies of material transfer posting documents,



after hand over the physical materials to PSI or production.
- Control the Issuance of material to PSI or Production and other user departments.
- Monitoring of all materials movements in SAP.
- Coordination with logistics team to get the vehicles against dispatch plan.
- Monitoring Picklist preparation post receipt of delivery order.
- Sharing the loading plan along with delivery order details to shift supervisor
- Sharing the loading information to invoicing team along with PGI
- Maintenance of stock registers along dispatch documents for future records.
- Must be aware of insurance claim process for module transit damages.
- Maintaining the 5S activity of the warehouse.
- Maintain the near miss records & ensure the compliance as per the findings/Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA).
- Provide training to the downline team members as per the job requirement.
- Conduct the physical stock verification of all items and share reconciliation report to HOD.
- Preparation of Material Ageing Report and share to HOD.
- Preparation of Stock report along with dispatch register & share to HOD

Knowledge & Skillset Requirements:

- Stores Management.
- Inventory Management.
- Manpower Management.

Experience: 05-07 years work experience in Stores function with B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree in any discipline. Experience in Solar PV manufacturing industry & SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
