Job Title: Store & Warehouse Head

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as the Store & Warehouse Head. This position is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our store and warehouse facilities, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively, and that customer needs are met promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of store and warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure product availability.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented setting that promotes productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and streamline operations.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and product availability.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and operational performance for management review.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, warehouse operations, or logistics.




- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
