Role Description The Store Manager role at TEDRA Automotive Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Chakan.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory control, material handling, stock reconciliation, and coordination with procurement and project teams. This role ensures timely availability of parts and products, maintains accurate documentation and records, and enforces safety and loss prevention procedures.

Manager monitors incoming and outgoing goods, manages vendor and logistics interactions, and supports customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.



The position also involves supervising store staff, optimizing storage space, and continuously improving processes to support efficient project execution.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills: Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to support internal stakeholders and contribute to reliable delivery for external clients.
- Communication and coordination: Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, vendors, logistics partners, and store staff.
- Store operations management: Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including inventory management, stock control, documentation, and process improvement in a technical or industrial environment.
- Loss prevention and compliance: Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills and an understanding of safety, security, and compliance standards in a warehouse or store setting.
- Additional qualifications: Relevant experience in automotive, engineering, industrial, or construction-related stores is beneficial; familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems; ability to work in office in Chakan; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; and a diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
