Role Description This is a full time, in office Store Executive role based in Noida.

The Store

Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, stocking, and issuing electronic components, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and labeling. The role involves assisting customers and internal teams with product availability, order status, and basic product information,



while coordinating with sales and procurement teams to support timely order fulfillment.

Executive will monitor stock levels, help with cycle counts and audits, and support documentation for incoming and outgoing materials. The role also includes maintaining a clean, organized store environment, following safety and handling procedures, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to effectively support buyers, internal teams, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess retail and sales-related skills, including basic product handling, upselling support, and an understanding of store operations.
- Candidates should possess a background in commerce or a related field, with basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and documentation processes.
- Relevant experience in electronics, components distribution, or warehouse/store management preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage physical inventory, and use basic computer and Excel tools for record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
