Job SummaryWe are seeking an efficient and attentive Restaurant Steward with 12 years of hospitality experience to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our dining room operations, ensuring that guest tables are cleared quickly, service stations remain fully stocked, and the dining environment stays immaculate. The ideal candidate works with a sense of urgency and maintains a polite, professional presence around guests.Key Responsibilities

- Table Resetting & Clearing: Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables promptly after guests leave; sanitize tables and chairs, and reset them according to restaurant standards.
- Service Station Upkeep: Restock service stations with clean cutlery, polished glassware, fresh napkins, condiments, and ice throughout the shift.
- Dining Room Presentation: Sweep, mop, or vacuum dining room floors before, during, and after shifts; ensure the entryway and guest areas are clean and welcoming.
- Glassware & Cutlery Polishing: Polish washed silverware and glassware to ensure they are completely spotless and free of watermarks before they reach the guests.
- Server Support:



Assist servers by delivering water to tables, clearing plates between courses, and removing empty trays to keep service running smoothly.
- Spill & Waste Management: Respond immediately to any spills or broken items in the dining area to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a busser, dining room runner, or restaurant steward in a busy food and beverage environment.
- Hospitality Mindset: A polite, customer-first attitude with the ability to maintain professionalism in guest-facing areas.
- Speed & Coordination: Excellent physical coordination to carry heavy trays loaded with dishes safely through a crowded dining room.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk continuously for long shifts and lift up to 15 kg.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a willingness to help both the service staff and the kitchen team during peak hours.
