Staff Nurse – Healic Health Pvt. Ltd.

Healic Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our Nursing Services team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care and supporting clinical activities across various departments including OPD, IPD, ICU/NICU, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, OT and Emergency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
- Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and provide dressing/wound care as per hospital protocols.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, surgeries and emergencies.
- Handle patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts and other required documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, biomedical waste and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, laboratory, pharmacy and other departments.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication and discharge instructions.
- Maintain nursing supplies, medicines and emergency equipment.
- Participate in shift handovers,



training, audits and quality improvement activities.
- Work comfortably in rotational Day/Night shifts and across departments as per hospital requirements.

Eligibility:

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Uttar Pradesh Nursing Council registration.
- Relevant experience in OPD/IPD, OBG, General Surgery, ICU/NICU or OT will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in an NABH-accredited hospital will have an advantage.
- Valid BLS certification is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
