About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to assist clients with domestic and international travel planning. The role involves handling flight bookings, customer inquiries, itinerary planning, and providing travel-related support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates located in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with domestic and international travel planning.
- Handle flight bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers on travel packages, routes, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required.
- Generate and follow up on customer leads.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting.
- Proven experience in handling international travel planning and bookings.
- Knowledge of international flight ticketing, fare rules,



and IATA procedures.
- Experience in preparing travel itineraries and advising customers on international travel requirements.
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation is an advantage.
- Good communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Candidates must be located in Kerala
