Role Description The Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri HQ and covering Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri,Coochbehar,Alipurduar, Malda, North & South Dinajpur.

This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, as well as managing relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include conducting client visits, presenting product portfolios, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, tracking market trends, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery,



and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

The Sr. Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, provide product demonstrations, and support post-sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales preferred.
- Marketing and promotional capabilities, including planning and executing campaigns, events, and customer outreach activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and business development activities.
