Position: Senior Supervisor – Road Construction Experience: 10–12 Years Job Requirements: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in road construction and site supervision. Good knowledge of road construction activities, including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and road finishing. Ability to manage site labour, machinery, subcontractors, and daily work progress. Knowledge of construction drawings, quality control, material testing, and safety procedures. Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the project management team. Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily road construction activities at site. Monitor workmanship, quality, and productivity. Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the project team. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
