Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager – Interiors to lead and manage multiple interior projects from planning and budgeting to execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interior fit-outs, project planning, cost control, client management, vendor coordination, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee multiple interior projects, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and quality standards.

· Manage the complete project lifecycle, including project planning, design coordination, estimation, procurement, production, site execution, installation, and handover.

· Develop project schedules, execution strategies, manpower plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

· Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, milestones, and contractual commitments.

· Review BOQs, project estimates, budgets, billing schedules, variations, and additional work orders to maintain cost control.

· Work closely with design, estimation, procurement, production, logistics, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination.

· Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Site Engineers, Project Coordinators, and site execution teams.

· Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings to assess progress, resolve challenges, and implement corrective actions.

· Identify project risks, execution bottlenecks, delays,



and cost overruns, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

· Ensure materials, manpower, equipment, and other resources are available as per project requirements.

· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

· Manage client expectations, project updates, escalations, approvals, and stakeholder communication.

· Review project documentation, progress reports, material status, site reports, and financial performance.

· Monitor work quality, minimize rework and wastage, and ensure effective utilization of resources.

· Oversee snag rectification, final inspections, project closure, documentation, and client handover.

· Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, execution efficiency, and operational performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

· 8–12 years of relevant experience in interior project execution and project management, preferably in commercial interiors and corporate fit-out projects.

· Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through final handover.

· Strong knowledge of civil works, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, ceiling, painting, furniture, signage, and interior finishing works.

· Experience in project budgeting, BOQ preparation and review, estimation, billing, cost control, and resource planning.

· Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

· Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments, contractors, and vendors.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning tools; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an added advantage.

· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
