Designation: Sr. Project Engineer / Project Manager

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive project progress by utilizing the new product development (Phase/Gate) process.
- Take responsibility for planning, coordinating, communication, and control of projects pertaining to new product introduction and modification to existing products.




- Communicates project goals and action plans to the team members who participate in the project and verify that everyone has a solid understanding of their role.
- Keeps product managers, team members, and functional managers informed of project progress, issues, and risks.

Must Have Skills:

- Comprehensive computer application skills – Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project
- Advanced level SolidWorks CAD abilities, Fluid dynamic simulations is a plus.
- Comprehensive computer application skills Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project
- Ability to analyze engineering drawings, technical publications, professional journals, and regulations as appropriate.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust interpersonal communication skills.
- Cross functional team management experience.
- Ability to work independently and with interdepartmental teams under time pressure.
- Strong time management and concise communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ Master’s degree is plus
- PMP certification is mandatory.
