Role: Senior Payroll Executive

Job Location: Kadi, Gujarat

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA preferred)

First Decacorn Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive with practical experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee data management. The candidate should have robust knowledge of PF, ESIC, EPFO portals, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll, salary sheets, overtime calculations, and statutory deductions.
- Handle PF and EPFO activities, including UAN generation, ECR preparation, employee PF records, and challan processing.
- Manage ESIC registration, employee records, and ESIC portal activities.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain related registers, returns, challans, and documentation.
- Verify payroll inputs, reconcile salary calculations, and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll discrepancies.




- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll processing and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll and employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; B.Com/BBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, EPFO, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including payroll calculations and data reconciliation.
- Practical experience with EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
